We had a neighbor pass and everything in their house was emptied out. They had German roaches. We immediately contacted another pest control company and had them come out and treat. We had them for almost 6 months and had them come out a couple times a month and the problem was getting worse so we cancelled their services and contacted Ameritech and here 2 months later they are gone. Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything in detail. Joann is so very nice and helpful. We recommend this company for your pest control needs. First off, if I can give this place a zero star rating I 100% would. Let me start by saying we legit just got serviced this summer, late July. I was spoken to so highly of these services stating it should last the “rest of the year” with little to no issues with seeing anymore bugs/spiders in my home. It’s like whatever Ameritech sprayed/used to service my home only attracted more bugs/spiders because I am now seeing more than before I even called them for the services….Not to mention the Ameritech pest control representative only spent like 10 minutes on my 2145 square foot home, which was weird to me because we have a large home and it just didn’t make sense how “quickly” he finished and considering it brought more bugs in, I am now under the impression that he didn’t even spray/use anything for my home. For all I know he could have been spraying water or a regular bug spray.Also meant to mention before even getting the service I had to reach out 2x for a quote, NEVER go a call back with anything information, until I called a third time. Service was 100% a waste of time/money!

I don't appreciate Jerry Dugger's rudeness on the phone. I asked to cancel my appointment that I'm guessing property management requested to do. I kindly declined, and at the end of the phone call he just hung up on my face while I was still speaking.
